Billing and Quotation app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Company name, address, and contact details
• Bill and quotation records
• Bank account details (for invoice generation only)

2. Google Drive Backup

If you choose to enable cloud backup, the app connects to your personal Google Drive account to store an encrypted backup of your data. We do not have access to your Google account or your backup data.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device and/or in your personal Google Drive. We do not operate any servers or databases.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties.

5. Permissions Used

• Internet — For Google Drive backup and restore only
• Storage — To save company logo, signature, and stamp images
